Celebrating 20 years!

What made you get involved in this business? My friend started the catering business Touch of Home Catering and was moving away. She asked if I was interested in buying it. After working with her to see if it was something I enjoyed I decided to buy and make it my new career. It allowed me the flexibility to enjoy raising my kids and earn a great income. Today I have the same flexibility to spend lots of time with the grandkids while still managing a growing business including a food truck.

What does this business do/ service does it provide? Touch of Home Catering is a full service food company specializing in corporate lunches and private events. Services include the quick pickup box lunches to the popular charcuterie boards to the formal wedding reception and parties. When asked what kind of food is on the menu I say it's good home style cooking with a flare.

What is your favorite thing about this company? What I love about this area of the food biz is that it makes people happy. People like to gather and share a good meal. To see their smiles and receive the compliments on a job well done is worth it all.
